CLASSES

Barre Classic

Our signature class is a 60-minute workout combination of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using the barre. This fun class will teach you the basics and modifications of barre from arm and feet positions to coveted ballet moves so you can learn to plié and tendu like a dancer. (class will be modified to an intermediate class if no NEW clients are present)
Recommended for New Clients. Open to all levels.


Ballet Resistance

Come get the lean and toned muscles of a dancer with this HYBRID ballet-inspired class with a twist. This 60 minute class utilizes the overhead resistance cords to sculpt your arms and challenge your core while doing pliés, tendus and attitudes. Your body will feel as if you’ve danced for hours.
Open to all levels.


Barre Sculpt

Make your body scream as you sculpt your physique in this 60-minute intense class using resistance bands and light weights, leaving you leaner, longer and stronger.
Open to intermediate levels.


Barre Fusion

This 60 minute class is a fusion blend of our Resistance bands hanging from the ceiling and our most popular classes. You never know what your going to get when you sign up for this class!
Open to intermediate levels.


Ballet Floor-Barre

Ballet Floor-Barre is a classical ballet inspired training technique, with elements of pilates and yoga to give beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. The training was originally developed for dancers, athletes and the elderly with injuries to help them work on isolated parts of the body. It consists of exercises based on Ballet steps performing lying and sitting on the floor. It’s an ideal way to prepare and maintain the body for strengthening, lengthening & toning, whilst increasing flexibility and turnout. It also helps to enhance better posture and is a great way of returning to exercise after an injury or time off.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced with attention to alignment and detail. Class offers a dynamic sequence that links movement, breath and intention. Classes include postures that increase strength, deepens the breath and works on flexibility and balance. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga.

Essentrics™

ESSENTRICS™ is a dynamic full body workout that eccentrically stretches and strengthens the entire body. This class will improve your posture, tone your muscles and slenderizes your arms, legs and waist. The dynamic and fluid combination of movements will leave you feeling lighter and full of energy.

Essentrics™ Barre

Barre work has been a main component of Essentrics™ since its inception. Essentrics™ barre work allows your muscles to strengthen and stretch at more effective angles, resulting in deeper stretches, higher muscle engagement, and more targeted and elongated toning.

Barre Flow & Stretch

This 60 minute yoga and ballet inspired stretch class teaches you how to articulate your body in ways that elongate muscles from end-to-end. Increase your flexibility and improve body awareness through this special mind/muscle connection. Designed to stretch, open the hips while strengthening the body. The added focus on breathing and stretching at the barre and on the mat will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

YogaBarre

YogaBarre is a fun and challenging 60min fusion class that blends elements of barre and yoga! Sculpt your muscles using light weights and/or resistance bands leaving you leaner, longer, and stronger.

Yoga with Weights

This class is a fusion of yoga and strength training. This unique workout incorporates hand weights, or weighted balls (1-2lbs) and/or resistance bands to tone and shape your body. Build stamina through a series of squats, lunges, crunches, plank holds, balancing postures, and stretching. Music is a central influence to this practice and is used to create an upbeat and energetic atmosphere.

Barre Pilatesstick®

This 60 minute class includes a mixture of our signature Barre classes and a reformer-based Pilatesstick® which is attached to the ballet barre to add resistance to your Barre workout. This class is effective in teaching core stability, full body integration, balance work, toning and building your endurance.

Pilates Reformer

Watch your body shift shape in this 60 minute foundation class by building strength and stamina for your total body. Learn the basics, perfect your form to make the most of the reformer experience.
Please Note: Grip socks required.

Barre Pilates

The classic Pilates mat series will create a long, lean dancer’s body while cultivating strength from the inside out. This 60-minute full body session will primarily take place on the mat followed by a deep stretch at the barre.

Semi Private/Private Sessions

In a more private setting, we can customize a program to meet your fitness goals. Contact us for further details.

Fitness Assessment

We can create a customized weekly program, based on your short and long-term goals. Our instructors will take a series of measurements to track body composition, strength, cardio, and flexibility. Contact us for further details.
