Our signature class is a 60-minute workout combination of ballet, pilates, strength and flexibility training using the barre. This fun class will teach you the basics and modifications of barre from arm and feet positions to coveted ballet moves so you can learn to plié and tendu like a dancer. (class will be modified to an intermediate class if no NEW clients are present)

Come get the lean and toned muscles of a dancer with this HYBRID ballet-inspired class with a twist. This 60-minute class utilizes the overhead resistance bands to sculpt your arms and challenge your core while doing pliés, tendus, and attitudes. Your body will feel as if you’ve danced for hours.

Ballet Floor-Barre is a classical ballet inspired training technique, with elements of Pilates and yoga to give beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. The training was originally developed for dancers, athletes and the elderly with injuries to help them work on isolated parts of the body. It consists of exercises based on Ballet steps performing lying and sitting on the floor. It’s an ideal way to prepare and maintain the body for strengthening, lengthening & toning, whilst increasing flexibility and turnout. It also helps to enhance better posture and is a great way of returning to exercise after an injury or time off.

Our Stretch & Restore is a Restorative Yoga class. This gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in restful still positions. Poses are held for 5 minutes or more which include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Finishing the hour with a nice long relaxing shavasana will blankets.

ESSENTRICS is a dynamic full body workout that eccentrically stretches and strengthens the entire body. This class will improve your posture, tone your muscles and slenderizes your arms, legs, and waist. The dynamic and fluid combination of movements will leave you feeling lighter and full of energy.

Barre work has been the main component of Essentrics since its inception. Essentrics Barre work allows your muscles to strengthen and stretch at more effective angles, resulting in deeper stretches, higher muscle engagement, and more targeted and elongated toning.

This 60-minute yoga and ballet inspired stretch class teaches you how to articulate your body in ways that elongate muscles from end-to-end. Increase your flexibility and improve body awareness through this special mind/muscle connection. Designed to stretch, open the hips while strengthening the body. The added focus on breathing and stretching at the barre and on the mat will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This 60-minute class includes a mixture of our signature Barre classes and a reformer-based Pilatesstick® which is attached to the ballet barre to add resistance to your Barre workout. This class is effective in teaching core stability, full body integration, balance work, toning and building your endurance.

The classic Pilates mat series will create a long, lean dancer’s body while cultivating strength from the inside out. This 60-minute full body session will primarily take place on the mat followed by a deep stretch at the barre.

Barre Xpress is a shorter (45 minute) version of either our Barre Classic, Fusion, Sculpt or Ballet Resistance Class (you never know what you’re going to get!). A quick burn at the barre to end your work day.

Take one part ballet barre with 2 parts Pilates Reformer and you got yourself a new enemy of the state. Nothing targets the lower part of the body better with the ultimate workout and booty burn while still giving attention to the mother ship of all muscles the abdominals. It’s Pilates after all! (online bookings unavailable for this class). Grip socks required.
